Chevy Volt Drivers in CA Achieve HOV Lane Status
California drivers recently spoke up, and American auto brand Chevrolet listened. The company just announced its plans for a low-emission variant of the 2012 Chevy Volt . This Volt was designed with CA drivers in mind; it allows them to now drive solo in carpool (HOV) lanes. The new add-on Low Emissions Package won't cost drivers and arm and a leg, either.
